Lady Gaga will have surgery on her hip. The pop star was forced to cancel her tour after injuring herself, and will now go under the knife to repair a tear in her hip, CNN reported on Feb. 14.
According to the report, the injury occurred due to repetitive strenuous movements to the area. "She will need surgery to repair the problem, followed by strict down time to recover. This unfortunately will force her to cancel the tour so she can heal," Gaga’s tour manager said in a statement.
Meanwhile, Lada Gaga is not happy about canceling the tour for surgery, but understands that it is best for her recovery.
"I've been hiding a show injury and chronic pain for sometime now, over the past month it has worsened. I've been praying it would heal,” the singer tweeted on Tuesday.
