Lady Gaga’s former personal assistant, Jennifer O’Neill is taking the singer to court over unpaid overtime money she feels she is entitled to. Gaga didn’t take the news well and is no lady when it comes to language.
Court records obtained by the New York Post gives an insight into Gaga’s six-hour cussing rant against the assistant. Gaga claims O’Neill is a “witch” and a “disgusting human being.” She adds she is a “f—king hood rat who is suing me for money she didn’t earn.”
O’Neill filed the lawsuit in 2011, stating Gaga owed her $393,000 for 7,168 hours of overtime. Gaga disagrees and states none of her employees see overtime pay. She adds O’Neill knew what “she was getting into.” Gaga says the woman was a horrible assistant who never completed the work asked of her. She claims O’Neill slept until noon each day. Gaga says she hired the unqualified assistant as a favor.
The pop star states O’Neill was ungrateful.
It is, like, such an amazing luxury that I get to travel the world and have planes. She doesn’t even see what a luxury it is, but she thinks it’s owed to her for no reason.
Gaga asserts the assistant used to wear her clothes and take the extra bed on the plane when she could have offered it to Gaga’s family.
Gaga says she doesn’t mind paying employees the money they earn. They work hard for her. However, of O’Neill, she states this:
I’m not going to give it to her so she can go to Intermix and buy herself a new tube top.
