One of the current dance demi-gods, Lady Gaga, has designed a bracelet to help raise money for Japan tsunami relief. If you've been reading the news, Japan really needs help.
The 8.9 earthquake on 11 March 2011 was followed by a 33-foot tsunami. Almost two thousand people have been confirmed dead. People are missing in sixteen prefectures. There's been a nuclear meltdown in Fukushima. And now on the opposite end of the Japanese islands, there's a volcano eruption.
You can buy a "We Pray for Japan" bracelet online for $5 and all proceeds to to the Japan Tsunami relief. You can also add an additional donation with purchase.
The Japanese also reads "Pray for Japan." (Nihon no tame ni inori wo).
You might not have always liked Lady Gaga or you may be a huge fan. You might think she's straying into a little plagiarism. Those are totally different issues. She's raising money for a country that is truly suffering and how can that be bad?
To purchase the earthquake relief bracelet, go to Lady Gaga's website store.
