Lady Gaga regrets cocaine use: 'Don't touch drugs, it's the devil!'

Lady Gaga, who admits she still occasionally smokes pot when songwriting, warns her young fans not to try cocaine.

”I regret every line I ever did," Gaga said on the Howard Stern radio show July 18, 2011.

"To any of the little sweethearts listening, don’t touch it, it’s the devil!"

Drugs Made Me Feel Less Lonely

Gaga, 25, claims she turned to drugs when she felt lonely. “I think that I was lonely and there was something about the drug that made me feel like I had a friend,” she says.

Gaga, one of the most popular entertainers in the world, also dismissed awkward teen sex.

”When you are 17, you don’t know how to operate what’s going on down there so don’t even try," she laughs.

'I Do a Ton of Yoga'

Gaga, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, now makes an effort to embrace a healthy lifestyle in order to keep up with her hectic work schedule.

Gaga, who was teased as a kid for being "fat and ugly," exercises daily to maintain her svelte physique.

"The deal is, I've got to work out every day, and I work out hung over if I am hung over," she has said. "And it's about the cross-training and keeping yourself inspired. I have to say, I do a ton of yoga."

Gaga, who lived in a roach and cocaine-infested tenement early in her career, says success has given her freedom.

"The true luxury of my success is that I can do it all on my own terms now, even though the roller-coaster ride is still going," she says. "I own the whole theme park, actually.

"What means something to me is my music. I don't want to make money; I want to make a difference."
