Lady Gaga rants at former assistant in court case

Reports released today show that Lady Gaga, under oath, ranted at her former assistant Jennifer O'Neill, who is suing the star for overtime payments from her time on tour with the singer.

O’Neill, who spent 13 months working as Gaga’s aide, filed suit against bosses of the singer’s Mermaid Touring Company, claiming she is owed $380,000 for 7,168 hours of overtime. Lady Gaga disagrees.

"You don’t get a schedule that is like you punch in and you can play f--king Tetris at your desk for four hours and then you punch out at the end of the day. This is -- when I need you, you’re available.” The attacks against her former assistant seem to get more personal.

Gaga described O’Neill as a “[bleep] hood rat who is suing me for money that she didn’t earn,” adding, “She thinks she’s just like the queen of the universe. And, you know what, she didn’t want to be a slave to one, because in my work and what I do, I’m the queen of the universe every day.”

We don't really have enough information here to take sides, but it appears that like at her recent ramblings at her Las Vegas concert, Gaga is either on heavy drugs or is absolutely full of herself. The results of this case will be interesting to see. However, we bet it will be settled out of court discreetly.
