Lady Gaga offers prayers to Brazilian nightclub victims: ‘Sending my prayers’

Lady Gaga gave her heart to the fans in Brazil on Sunday. The entertainer addressed the terrible tragedy on Sunday morning in Santa Maria where a fire swept through a nightclub and killed several hundred people. While the incident is being sorted out by authorities, Lady Gaga along took time to send a prayer to the parties involved.

“Sending my prayers to the families and friends who lost loved one in the fire in Brazil. Im thinking of you today during this tragedy” tweeted Lady Gaga from her official Twitter account Sunday. The entertainer also shared a picture of her praying for the victims in Santa Maria in a very traditional pose.

While the sadness of the loss of life has everyone still in shock, according to the police the exits were barricaded and people weren’t able to leave after the fire started. It is alleged that the fire started when the band’s pyrotechnics caught on fire inside the building.
