A relatively low-key Lady Gaga slipped under the radar at the Grammys 2012, well at least for the most part.
She didn't walk the red carpet, she didn't transform into a male alter ego, and she didn't strip off what little clothing she was wearing.
She did, however, kiss a Beatle: Paul McCartney.
For the 54th annual Grammy Awards, this musical icon from Liverpool, England was on hand at Los Angeles' Staples Center with new wife, Nancy Chevell. But that didn't do anything to thwart Mother Monster from planting a big one on the married man's famous face.
So why then, why that?
Because she could.
Lady Gaga is not one to miss an opportunity, often those destined to last a lifetime.
And so, with that in mind, what girl wouldn't want bragging rights to be able to say she kissed Paul McCartney? Certainly not this one, who wore a net thrown over her entire body and who was leaning on a Wicked Witch-styled gothic scepter near her assigned seat in the Grammy's Tinseltown arena while she did so.
