Lady Gaga doesn't have an eating disorder, says choreographer

Lady Gaga, who recently came under fire for wearing a garish meat dress to the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards, doesn't have an eating disorder, claims her choreographer.

"She doesn’t have an eating disorder, and whoever is saying that is an *sshole," Laurieann Gibson tells Us. "Quote me!  We are fighting for our dreams. There’s no hocus-pocus there. The guy saying it has absolutely nothing to do with Lady Gaga."

Gibson says the people who claim Gaga suffers from anorexia are lying and don't know the Bad Romance singer personally. Gibson was refuting allegations made by Gaga's former our manager David Ciemny, who claimed the Grammy winner was hospitalized six times in 2009 for extreme dieting.

Ciemny claimed that Gaga, 24, who almost fainted a couple of times during her concerts, binged on sweets and junk food and then starved herself for weeks in order to fit into her tight stage costumes.

“When I say she was sick, I mean physically and mentally,” David said, adding that Gaga once lost 20 pounds in between fittings.

But Laurieann rubbishes the eating disorder claims, insisting Gaga is skinny because she follows a healthy diet of grain chips, tofu, turkey slices, hummus and coconut water. And, she trains really hard, insists Gibson.

"The thing that was great is her fearlessness," says Gibson. "She did the work and, it was very difficult, but being number one is. When they say, 'you are so tough,' I'm like, 'well that's why she's number one!'

"The music that she’s making is incredible! It's liberating, and I think visually and dance-wise, I’m at my best. I really, really believe that this one will ignite a different change."
