Lady Gaga has delivered a re-imagined version of her hit "Do What U Want," off her 2013-released "ARTPOP" record. The original recording features R. Kelly, whose sex offender past recently came to light. As a result, Gaga has enlisted the help of powerhouse vocalist Christina Aguilera for the new rendition, following their explosive collaboration on "The Voice" season 5 finale.

"Pink champagne, gold lame, hair, and fearlessness," Gaga tweeted to her 41 million Twitter followers on Tuesday (Dec. 31) a meager 30 minutes before the new year took over. The Aguilera-infused version twists the lyrics to better suit the female counterpart, while continuing to clutch the dance charm of its intention.

Likewise, Aguilera tweeted out her excitement over the event. "Happy New Year! Loved performing #DWUW with Lady Gaga, so we made a special version," she proclaimed.

Take a listen to the new duet above.
