Looks like Lady Gaga's injury is a lot worse than she thought, as she has decided to cancel her "Born This Way" world tour altogether.
A representative released a statement to PEOPLE on Gaga's status.
"After additional tests this morning to review the severity of the issue, it has been determined that Lady Gaga has a labral tear of the right hip, She will need surgery to repair the problem, followed by strict down time to recover. This unfortunately, will force her to cancel the tour, so she can heal."
Unfortunately for Gaga fans, it doesn't look like the young singer will be appearing at any shoes for quite some time.
On Tuesday Gaga took to her Facebook sharing her sadness with her fans, as she claimed to be "sad and devastated."
After the news that she would have to completely cancel the tour Gaga responded "I hope you can forgive me, as it is nearly impossible for me to forgive myself. I hate this. I hate this so much. I love you and I'm sorry."
