Lady Antebellum has to be the most gracious country music band on the planet. Winning on the 45th Annual CMA Awards on Wednesday night, the band immediately gave praise to their loyal fans who have been with the band through thick and thin. When on stage taking the ‘Vocal Group of the Year’ award, the band graciously acknowledged the other groups in their category.
Once the group members got back stage, they switched the credit to the fans and all the folks that listen to the music. Never taking credit for the success of the music themselves, Lady Antebellum posted to their fans on Twitter just how special the CMA Award was to them.
“THANK YOU! This night has been amazing! We are so honored and so excited! Could not be here without all of you. We love you,” wrote Lady Antebellum on Twitter. With over half a million followers, the band obviously was grateful that the fans have continued with support.
While the fans are good, the competition is strong, there is something to be said about how much hard work the members of Lady Antebellum put into their music to make it sound so good. Sharing the appreciation with the fans is extremely humble, but the group contributes quite a bit to make the music sound perfect.
