Lady Antebellum took home one of the top honors during the CMT Artists of the Year 2011. A special on the CMT network Tuesday night, the entertainers were honored along with Jason Aldean, Kenny Chesney, Brad Paisley and Taylor Swift for their contribution to the music. Yet true to form, Lady Antebellum rarely takes the stage without sharing a performance. This year the group took the time to perform Dancing Away With My Heart.
A soft ballad that engaged the audience, the Dave Haywood, Hillary Scott, and Charles Kelley had a unique sound for the single. Complete with a guitar and perfect harmony, the performance was captivating as the group shared their craft with the people in the audience and at home. Sitting on three stools, the group was in the center of the stage in a picture perfect setting.
Loving their jobs, Lady Antebellum definitely deserved recognition for all they do in the music. Making every show their best, the entertainers have developed a large following as put on as many concerts as the schedules allow.
