Explosive Training is what this site is about, so lets talk about explosive training. The ladders workout is a great way to build power as well as an excellent baseline workout.

The workout consists of three rounds (for time) of the following:

50 Jump Ropes

40 Kettlebell Swings (I used 35lb.)

30 Prisoner Squats

20 Sit-ups

10 Push-up

Do the entire ladder three times. Take the breaks if and when you need them. The workout took me 16:40 to complete. Try the workout and post (email) your best time. Good luck.
