Labor Day is Monday, September 1, 2014. This year, plan a fun relaxing holiday weekend.
Here are ways to de-stress this holiday weekend: Read a book, exercise, listen to a funny comedian, walk in the park, meditate, attend yoga class, watch your favorite TV shows, watch Major League Baseball games, attend your favorite restaurant for dinner, surround yourself with positive people, attend a concert, listen to relaxing music, enjoy the zoo, watch a good movie, plan a cookout, visit a museum and enjoy camping.
Stay safe while camping. According to WTHI-TV News Reporter Michael Clouse, "when it comes to cooking outside always practice safety around the campfire" watch the entire WTHI-TV News 10 video "Camping Safety"
Take your family and pets camping this weekend. Enjoy sleeping in a tent or RV under the bright stars.
Camping can be very relaxing. Enjoy the following outdoor activities while camping: Bike riding, fishing, boating, swimming, running, hiking and walking along nature trails. Also protect your skin while camping, use insect repellent and sunscreen.
