Bottomless Brunch! All of Richard Sandoval’s DC restaurants will be featuring a bottomless food and drink option on Labor Day. Choose from Latin-Asian cuisine at Zengo and Masa 14, Mexican food at El Centro D.F., South American dishes at Toro Toro, and Eastern European fare at Ambar.

FloFest: Head to St. Elizabeth’s Pavilion for the first ever FloFest, a music, wine and literary festival is designed to showcase jazz, latin, alternative rock music, provide a tasting and wine pairing workshop, plus offer an authors’ pavilion, and chef demonstrations. The event runs from noon until 6pm, and tickets are $45, available on their website. There are also VIP tickets available on Living Social.

Labor Day Picnic Fixings: Planning on a picnic or cookout with family or friends? If so, head to Society Fair to gather all of the necessary items. Society Fair has watermelon basil salad, summer corn salad, buttermilk biscuits, and even decadent butter cake available, as well as bottles of sweet summer party punch, to which you just need to add your choice of booze!
