The Amalur Project with chefs Sergio Perera and Jacob Kear will be starting another dinner series and this time it will be a bit more exclusive. Each night of their pop-up starting November 1st and running every Friday and Saturday night through November 23rd, The Amalur Project will have two seating's respectively at 6:30 and 830 PM offering an (8) eight course tasting menu plus some snacks to enjoy beforehand with a full liquor bar. For those that weren't able to attend the last pop-up, here's some food porn from their pop-up in Echo Park this past spring.
Taking place in a catering kitchen right on the prep tables, the dining experience for this upcoming series provides for a very intimate experience with the chefs. The tasting menu will be $100 (inclusive, excluding drinks, though additional tips are greatly appreciated) and offer only one tasting menu. Unfortunately, no substitutions will be possible for this series, but the chefs will gladly accommodate any food allergies with advanced notice.
Please email The Amalur Project at firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve seats. Each seating will only accommodate fifteen (15) guests and again there will only be two seating's a night so don't wait too long to reserve your spot. The Friday and Saturday night dates are as follows:
- November 1st and 2nd (SOLD OUT)
- November 8th and 9th
- November 15th and 16
- November 22nd and 23rd
The two seating times again are at 6:30 P.M.and 8:30 P.M. The location, "Serves you right catering" is at 3923 W. Jefferson Blvd., Los Angeles, CA
The Amalur Project will offer some cocktails along with wine and beer though welcomes its guest to BYO. This will be a special event, so hope you can make it.
