This fall, Rockstar has revealed that L.A. Noire will be headed to PCs, according to IGN. Here's what Rockstar had to say about it:
"L.A. Noire's robust feature customization includes keyboard remapping and gamepad functionality to both optimize and customize performance and user experience. Along with increased fidelity and improved graphical enhancements, the PC version will also feature 3D support for an even greater sense of interaction and immersion within a painstakingly detailed 1940s Los Angeles."
It feels like it's been a while since Rockstar has brought one of their bigger named titles to the PC, Grand Theft Auto IV (and it's DLC) being the most recent one. It also had to be patched just to get the game to run smoothly, so hopefully, just hopefully, the PC version of L.A. Noire won't have the same release day problems. However, this is good news for PC gamers who would love to run this game on their rigs. The attention paid to the PCs strengths is a plus. And on a side note, where's Red Dead Redemption?
Cole Phelps' foray onto the PC will be developed by Rockstar Leeds.
