If you're wondering how to meet other single people in our fair city, take heart: Los Angeles has one of the most active online dating communities in the U.S., according to a recent report from SNAP Interactive. So maybe it's time to bite the bullet and sign up...
The report is based on usage data collected from AreYouInterested.com and from a survey of 500 fans of the Are You Interested Facebook page. (SNAP Interactive is behind the social dating app Are You Interested.) Are You Interested is currently one of the largest Facebook dating applications with over 7.5 million monthly active users.
So where does L.A. fall in the report? Check out the top ten cities:

The report also listed the top 10 cities for mobile dating, where L.A. came in sixth. (New York led that category as well.)
