Monday, two news stations in Portland reported that Terri Horman hired a hit man to kill her husband; the news came as Horman is being investigated for the disappearance of 7-year-old Kyron Horman. Terri allegedly attempted to give “a large sum of money” to her landscaper in exchange for killing her husband, Kaine Horman.
Investigators told Kaine Horman of the murder plot and they told him that they believed Terri may have also attempted to hire other people to kill him, reported KGW in Portland, Oregon.
Terri Horman told several people that her marriage was bad, and that her husband had "hurt" her. When Terri was confronted by police about the muder plot allegations, she denied everything.
Kyron Horman disappeared on June 4, and Terri was the last person to see him. Kaine Horman moved out of their house in late June, and took their young daughter. He filed for divorce, and a judge granted him a restraining order against Terri. Terri then hired Stephen Houze, a high-profile defense attorney.

Terri Horman has not been called a suspect in Kyron’s disappearance, although she has been heavily investigated. For news coverage of this story see the video below.
This case appears to be somewhat similar to the Ethan Stacy murder. The stepfather and mother allegedly beat and killed 4-year-old Ethan just a few days after he arrived in Utah to spend the summer with his mother. Ethan Stacy’s case has touched and angered people around the country. For more on that story, click here.

Jim, you definitely need to change your divorce lawyer, let me recommend www.bit.ly/bluYTI do not waste time and money.. choose a better divorce lawyer, sorry to hear about this and you will have better times soon.
I long suspected infidelity as a possible motive, after realizing (no name) lied by stating that Kyron was last seen walking towards his class around 8:45 a.m. If its true that (no name) wanted Kaine dead for hurting her (emotionally) by cheating, question is, would she hurt Kaine by using Kyron? The answer is a possible yes.
For example, if Kaine wanted to hurt (no name) in a similar way, he would have chosen, (no name's) teen aged son, because there is no blood bond. Kaine would have been equally hurt if his little daughter was missing instead of Kyron. But if the little daughter was missing, this would also hurt (no name). Kyron was strategically chosen as a vessel through which to hurt Kaine. (No name) is nobody's fool. She would not sully her hands directly. Not because it is alleged she tried to hire someone to kill Kaine, but because she raised Kyron from infancy. There is definitely another or others involved.
As someone who lived with a red-headed step mother, I believed Terry was guilty from the start.Tonight there are some interviews on the show "Issues" that will definitely expose more of this story. It just keeps getting worse!! Issues has been doing a great job covering this.
Apropos to my last scenario: If others are involved, it's possible Kyron may still be alive. Since this story has major national coverage, "total stranger" culprits could have easily released Kyron in a mall, park, or somewhere he could be found because of his high recognition. And the captors could possibly avoid prosecution.
The problem is, the captors may not be "total stranger" culprits. Someone familiar to Kyron, knows he could easily identify them or possibly tie them back to (no name). This volatile dilemma could be the reason Kyron is still captive and in danger, the culprits are weighing "life and death options." In cases like this I wish Law Enforcement and the District Attorney had the power to offer an "a la carte" limited prosecution. Something like: if you release the child now and unharmed, there will be limited prosecution, if you are caught, because before justice, we want the child unharmed--right people?
If (no name) played a part in Kyron's abduction, she would never harm Kyron herself, because she raised him from infancy. There is another involved. And if (no name) was indeed in the vicinity of Sauvie Island the day Kyron disappeared into thin air, then it was not to bury the body as most people believe. It was to meet-up with someone. Someone who "took it from there," so to speak.
Authorities have been searching for evidence of some kind of violent crime by examining the truck, home and Suavie Island. (No name) knows nothing will be found there. Because there is nothing there to find, except maybe tire tracks.
Searching for evidence of a violent crime done by (no name) is what will push this case into the cold.
The key is to find evidence of the other...
There is a significant clue who the other maybe...
