Due to unforeseen events, the book signing has been cancelled for February 7th. It may be rescheduled, if possible, at a future date and time.

Kyma's Executive Chef, Pano Karatassos, will be hosting a cookbook signing with his friend and world-renowned chef, author and anthropologist, Susanna Hoffman. While Chef Pano and Susanna share a passion for Greek cooking, Susanna’s latest cookbook, BOLD, is an ode to the American table. In this book, Susanna and coauthor, Victoria Wise, put a modern twist on classic comfort foods.

Susanna Hoffman is a nationally and internationally recognized anthropologist. She is an expert in disaster, cuisine and nutrition, Indo-European and Mediterranean society and culture and other topics. She is the author, co-author, and editor of ten books and two ethnographic films, and numerous articles and columns. She gives talks and organizes conferences around the world. She appears frequently on television and radio shows.

The open event will take place on Kyma’s luxurious heated patio. Tickets are $20 and include an autographed cookbook and special food tastings from the book. As a special charity tie-in, $10 of each ticket will be donated to Share Our Strength. Reservations are encouraged but not required and can be made by calling Kyma at 404-262-0702.
