Kyma is introducing a new Spring Food & Wine Dinner Series beginning next Wednesday, March 19. Every Wednesday for six weeks of each season (Spring, Summer and Fall), Kyma will host a Food & Wine dinner featuring a 6-course “12-taste” menu created by Executive Chef Pano I. Karatassos paired with 5 wines from a guest winery each week. Dinner guests will interact with Chef Pano and General Manager Nicholas Sousounis during food and wine tutorials throughout the evening. Kyma will also welcome wine experts from the wineries and guests will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage in conversation about wine, food and proper pairings.

Next week begins the Spring Food & Wine Dinner Series and Kyma welcomes winemaker Angelo Iatridis from Alpha Estate winery in Northern Greece. Alpha Estate was named “Winery of the Year” by Wine & Spirits magazine in 2013. The evening starts at 6:30 p.m. and reservations are $125/person (including tax and gratuity).
