Miles Richie, 19, decided to get a tattoo with the initials KJ, and guess who put on gloves to help? The teenage girl who has those initials, Kylie Jenner from the reality show, "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." She allegedly helped tattoo artist, John Petro, to add some ink on the hand of Miles, son of singer Lionel Richie. TMZ has a video showing Kylie with her hand on John's hand as they put ink on Mile’s hand.
TMZ sources report that Mally Mall, Miles Richie, Kylie Jenner, her sister Khloe Kardashian, and Khloe’s alleged boyfriend, French Montana, were at a Hollywood recording studio. Kylie apparently wanted to try something new, so she immortalized her initials in ink.
While this is probably all fun and games for young Kylie, she could land in some serious trouble. She broke the law according to the LA County Department of Public Health. Kylie is 16 years old. The only ones who can legally put ink on another person has to be over the age of 18.
So, what could happen if law enforcement goes after Kylie? She could be charged with a misdemeanor and have to pay a fine up to $1,000. One thing's for sure, Miles will have her initials on his hand forever, unless he gets them re-inked with something different.
Kylie apparently wants her time in the limelight, just like her other sisters. Earlier, Kylie posted a picture of herself with a shirtless Jaden Smith sitting on a bed. This comes less than a week after another controversial picture was posted on her Instagram where Jaden’s 13-year-old sister was lying on a bed with shirtless 20-year-old Moises Arias. It is alleged that Arias posted that picture on his Tumbler and Instagram, but later deleted them after a backlash of fans said that the setting was too mature for the young 13-year-old.
