Kylie Bisutti is the new Victoria's Secret Angel.

The California-based 19-year-old beat out national competition to take the crown and was named in last night's big Victoria's Secret fashion debut.

The annual lingerie show starring hot new mom Heidi Klum and other Victoria's Secret angels like Miranda Kerr, Marisa Miller and Alessandra Ambrosio were proud to introduce Kylie - The new Victoria's Secret angel.

Project Runway Heidi, who's used to crowning winners, was the host of the bra-and-panty show and was pleased to announce Kylie Bisuttias the winner of the new angel wings at the end of the show.
