Kyle Busch to run 10 Truck Series races in No. 51

Kyle Busch Motorsports driver/owner Kyle Busch will enter a second Toyota Tundra in 10 Camping World Truck Series races in 2013, with sponsorship on the No. 51 from Toyota Care.

Toyota Care - the complimentary maintenance plan provided with the purchase or lease of every new Toyota - will be the primary sponsor on the No. 51 for 10 races beginning with the season-opening NextEra Energy Resources 250 at Daytona International Speedway in Friday, February 22nd.

“Being a part of the Toyota Family – as both a driver and a team owner – I can attest to the outstanding service Toyota provides its customers and I look forward to promoting their Toyota Care maintenance plan in the Truck Series this season,” said Busch on the KBM website. “The support that Toyota and Toyota Racing Development provides to its race teams is unparalleled and is one of the main reasons that we’ve been able to collect 18 wins over our first three seasons in the Truck Series.”

In addition to the season-opener at Daytona, Busch is scheduled to drive the No. 51 at Kansas Speedway April 20th, Charlotte Motor Speedway May 17th, Dover International Speedway May 31st, Kentucky Speedway June 27th, Michigan International Speedway August 17th, Bristol Motor Speedway August 21st, Chicagoland Speedway September 13th, Texas Motor Speedway November 1st and in the Truck Series finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway on November 15th.

“I’ll be starting the season off with a triple at Daytona, which gives me the opportunity to try and collect three milestone wins for Toyota – their 100th Truck Series win on Friday night, their 75th Nationwide Series win on Saturday and their 50th Sprint Cup Series win on Sunday,” said Busch, the only driver in NASCAR history to sweep its top three series at a single venue in the same weekend (Bristol in August 2010). “I was able to get Toyota’s first Cup Series victory back in 2008 and that was pretty special. Hopefully we can add a few milestone victories for them at Daytona to start the season and many more across all three series in the years to come.”
