Kurt Warner home auction: Former quarterback selling Arizona mansion

Kurt Warner has decided to put his home up for auction. The former NFL quarterback is selling his lavish Arizona, TMZ reported on Feb. 13.

Warner listed the 11,300 sq. ft. home for $5 million in 2011, but it didn’t sell, which shocked many, because the house has so many features including, six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a guest house, workout room, theater, an elevator, and even a built-in trampoline.

Howevever, Kurt Warner wants to get rid of the home, and the auction is on. The house will go to the highest bidder when a New York based auction company holds the sale, which is scheduled to happen on Feb. 27.

The house is considered to be a deal if the price is right, and the Super Bowl champion seems to want to sell the home as quickly as possible.

What are your thoughts on Kurt Warner’s home auction? Do you think he’ll sell the house at a fair price?
