Kurt Warner home auction: Former NFL star selling Arizona home

People in Paradise, AZ. are getting the chance of a lifetime. According to TMZ on Feb. 13, A Kurt Warner home auction is coming at the end of this month.

Warner lived in Arizona, where he helped lead the Arizona Cardinals to the Super Bowl before returning from the NFL. The trip to the Super Bowl was his third, after he also took the St. Louis Rams to the big game twice. Since he retired, the Cardinals have not been back to the Super Bowl and have slipped into the bottom tier of the NFL teams.

Now, Warner wants to cut his remaining ties to Arizona.

Warner has been trying to sell the mansion for over a year, but the bad economy has made it hard to move. As a result, Warner just threw in the towel and will let the house go to the highest bidder.

The winner of the Kurt Warner home auction will get an 11,300 square foot home with six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a theater room, a guest house, a work out room and its own elevator.

The auction takes place in Feb. 27.
