Actress Kristin Chenoweth is ready for the reaping. Well, sort of.
Chenoweth was recently voted by Hunger Games fans as their number one pick to play the role of Effie Trinket in the movie adaptation of The Hunger Games in a poll in Entertainment Weekly. In fact, she pulled 51% of the vote -- much higher than runner-up Emily Blunt, who only pulled 15%.
So Access Hollywood recently asked Chenoweth what she thought of the news:
“I’ve heard of the books – are you kidding?” Kristin responded, surprised by the news.
Kristin added, mock puffing on an imaginary cigarette, “I’d better get my agents on that because… I could do that part for sure!”
