Reality TV star Kristin Cavallari put her slimline post-baby body on display as she unveiled her footwear collection at the Las Vegas Convention Center on Aug. 20. Cavallari donned a white crop top and mini-skirt that spotlighted her lithe physique.
Amazingly, Cavallari lost 25 pounds of baby weight just two months after giving birth to son Camden in August 2012. She has since maintained her svelte figure by following an organic diet and working out four days a week doing a combination of cardio exercise and weight training.
"I'm a freak about eating healthy," Cavallari, 26, told Us. "When I got pregnant I took it up another notch, just because I was so aware of what I was putting in my body. I've just maintained that since I've had Cam. I rarely drink alcohol, which helps too. It's just empty calories."
The willowy 5-foot-6 blonde beauty is so obsessed with clean eating that she eats fast food just twice a year and prepares home-made mashed steamed vegetables for her son. Kristen says the secret to her post-baby weight loss was maintaining an active lifestyle and a portion-controlled diet during her pregnancy.
Interestingly, Cavallari thought she looked fat when she starred on the reality TV show "The Hills" in 2009, and slimmed down dramatically a few years ago after seeing an unflattering photo of herself.
"I remember filming 'The Hills' and I saw a photo of myself in a bikini and thought I looked really fat, and I went on a crazy diet," recalled Kristen, who's married to Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, 30. She's now occupied with more important things, but has never looked or felt better.
"[My son] puts everything into perspective and makes you realize what your priorities are," she gushed. "Just seeing him smile melts my heart. It's the most amazing feeling."
