Kristin Cavallari says 'The Hills' may continue -- what would Heidi Montag think?

What is good news for Kristin Cavallari may be bad news for Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt. According to a new interview Cavallari gave to E! News, "The Hills" may still have some life in it beyond the "final" twelve episodes scheduled to air:

"There's a possibility of them ordering 12 more episodes...I would like to do it. I'm in such a rhythm with things and I'm having a great time. We're just now starting to get into some really good juicy stuff with a few new people. So I think we could do another 12 episodes and make it pretty good."

However, there's a pretty good possibility Heidi and Spencer may not agree. Heidi has said publicly that she is ready to move on to another career in acting, whereas Spencer was temporarily booted off of the show after making threats at a producer. The two are also immersed in a controversy regarding supposed "inappropriate actions" made by show creator Adam DiVello towards Heidi. (MTV has stood behind DiVello thus far.)

Are you game for more than twelve extra episodes of "The Hills," or did this show lose its luster after Lauren Conrad left? Let me know your thoughts with a comment and check back soon for more news.

I can get behind another order of episodes for the hills as long as the producers follow the more realistic formula now (acknowledge the issues the public knows about like heidis surgery and Kristens drug problems). I wan MTV to put more support behind the city.

I would watch as long as Spencer and Heidi are not asked to return. I cant stand who they are and who Heidi has become. Lauren made that show and really its just not the same without her. Its just time to move on now i think

I watched the last few episodes after Lauren left the show, but I have to say it seems way to fake. Will not be watching future episodes. Starting to like The City way more.

I would still watch the show, its one of my favorites. I still like watching Brody, Kristin, and Audrina, so I would still watch for them. :)
