Kristin Cavallari is dishing the dirt about the lack of reality in reality television. According to a Dec. 20 Us Weekly report, the former reality television starlet confessed to faking relationships and fights on MTV’s hit reality show, “The Hills.”
Speaking to Bethenny Frankel on the Dec. 20 episode of Frankel’s talk show, “Bethenny,” Cavallari, who appeared on “Laguna Beach” from 2004 to 2005, and joined “The Hills” in 2009, opened up about “The Hills’”so-called dramatic episodes. “I faked relationships, faked fights,” the pregnant fashionista told the talks show host. “I don't care anymore -- I can tell you. At this point, it's been so many years.”
According to E! News, Cavallari noted that one example of a fake relationship was her relationship with Brody Jenner. “Brody Jenner at the time was dating Jayde Nicole,” she recounted. “I dated Brody when I was 18, right after Laguna Beach, actually, and that's it. And then on the show, on The Hills, they had us 'dating' for a few episodes. They pretended that him and Jayde broke up and I was dating Brody, and Jayde and I got into a huge fight because she saw us in a club. It wasn't real at all. They were together the entire time.”
In addition to dishing the dirt on the shows that shot her to “fame,” Cavallari talked about her second pregnancy. She and Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler are expecting their second child. The couple already have a son, Camden, 16 months. When it comes to the gender of the new baby, the family is planning a sweet Christmas surprise. “I'm going to have my doctor write it on a piece of paper and we're going to open it on Christmas together,” the excited mom told Frankel.
