Reality TV star Kristin Cavallari easily lost the 25 pounds she gained while pregnant, thanks to her penchant for healthy eating. Cavallari is so obsessive about following a clean, organic diet that she eats junk food just twice a year.
"There's a place called Portillo's in Chicago which is fast food [and] has the best burgers," Kristin told Us. "So we've had that twice this year, but that's a lot of fast food for me in that short amount of time."
Cavallari, who regained her willowy 109-pound pre-baby body less than two months after giving birth to son Camden in August 2012, says eating well is her diet secret.
"I'm a freak about eating healthy," says Kristin, who's engaged to Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler. "I've always been a really healthy eater. When I got pregnant I took it up another notch, just because I was so aware of what I was putting in my body. I've just maintained that since I've had Cam. I rarely drink alcohol, which helps too. It's just empty calories."
Cavallari, 26, still indulges her craving for sweets, but in small portions. "I have a huge sweet tooth, but I'll get dark chocolate with caramel," she says. "Or there's an ice cream at Whole Foods called Coconut Bliss, which is made out of coconut milk, and so, to me, that's not really cheating."
Kristin also makes sure her son eats healthy by preparing mashed steamed vegetables at home. "I'm getting organic food and then steaming it for a few minutes and then blending it up," she says. "Right now he loves avocados and he also loves zucchini."
