Kristin Cavallari just had a baby two months ago and she already looks amazing. On Friday, E! Online shared the news that she has already lost 20 pounds and is almost back to her pre-pregnancy weight. She used the same method that worked for her the first time. She is pretty busy with two young boys at home right now.
Kristin shared her workout with E! Online saying, "I started working out when Jax was three weeks old. I've been working out four to five times a week for 30 to 45 minutes at home, doing tons of leg work like squats, lunges and lifting weights. I want to start Pilates again to focus on my core. I'll probably get back into it in the next couple weeks." That is a lot of working out and somehow she is finding time.
She shared that it took her three months to lose the weight the first time and she thinks it will take the same amount of time this time. Cavallari hasn't changed her diet but her family eats organic anyway. This is nothing new to her. They have a very well-balanced and healthy diet all the time.
Jay and Kristin just had their first night out for their anniversary since the baby was born. Things are going great while they take care of their baby and potty train their oldest one. It seems like they are adjusting well.
Kristin shared that her snacks are usually, "nuts with dried cherries, chips with hummus, or an apple and almond butter. I also love avocados with olive oil and sea salt and I put coconut oil in or on everything." It doesn't sound like a crazy diet that a normal person couldn't do but she does take great care of herself. It is amazing to see her 20 pound weight loss already.
