Kristen Stewart's acting career began at the age of eight, after an agent saw her perform in her elementary school's Christmas play.
Stewart's first role was a nonspeaking part in the film The Thirteenth Year. Then, she had another part in the film The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas as the "ring toss girl".
She has appeared in independent film The Safety of Objects, and then more than appeared in the feature film Panic Room, playing the diabetic daughter of a divorced mother (Jodie Foster).

After Panic Room's success, Stewart was cast in another thriller, Cold Creek Manor, playing the daughter of Dennis Quaid's and Sharon Stone's characters which was followed with her first starring role in the children's action-comedy Catch That Kid, opposite Max Thieriot and Corbin Bleu.
Stewart also plays the role of Lila in the thriller Undertow. To date, Stewart's most critically acclaimed role may be in the television film Speak (2004), based on the novel by Laurie Halse Anderson.

Stewart, only 13 at the time, played high school freshman Melinda Sordino, Stewart received great praise for playing the character, who had only a few speaking lines, but kept up a dark-witted commentary inside her head throughout the film.
Another film project Stewart has been a part of, with Dakota Fanning, is The Runaways. It is a 2010 American musical/biographical drama film, based on the 1970s all-girl rock band of the same name.

Needless to say, at such a young age, Stewart has developed quite an acting background, one even beyond the Twilight series. In her are more films, K-11 is part of that future. In K-11 Stewart's character's name is that of Butterfly. The film is an upcoming drama, directed by Kristen Stewart's mother, Jules Mann-Stewart. Possible release date is 2010.

She's been kicking back doing more drugs and grapevine has it that she's trying to get Michael Angarano back. Hopefully he will keep her kicked to the curb. On and during The Runaway Premeir in LA she got Taylor Lautner really stoned and convinced him to take pictures to show she can make anyone break the law. She's continued her record of ruining movies but her quota of ruining people is down so I'm sure she will start on that. It's funny she says that she hasn't done many movies where people are her age that's why she and Dakota are friends. Adventureland and Twi are full of people much closer to her age. Dakota is a clean, smart grounded 16 year old. Kristen is a promiscuous druggie who likes being with guys and girls anyone she can control. Kristen loves Dakota's clean devotion to her because she can control her. That's what Kristen has been up to.

it might be a better use of time if we all forget about who is dating who and live our own lives.
