In just six months since the indiscretion between Kristen Stewart and her “Snow White” director, Rupert Sanders, erupted into a media circus of infidelity accusations Liberty Ross has filed for divorce. Although Stewart declared her love for Robert Pattinson and apologized for hot kisses, apparently that didn't appease Ross. The San Jose Mercury News reported on Jan. 23, 2013 that "Kristen Stewart's partner in infidelity has been slapped with divorce papers." However, the big question is this: Was there trouble between Ross and Sanders prior to the hot kissing episode that even Gossip Cop confirmed was a "no-sex involved" scandal?

Ross filed for divorce Friday from her director-husband Sanders, 41, in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Friday, PEOPLE confirms. News of the filing comes about six months after Sanders's highly publicized cheating scandal with Huntsman's star, Kristen Stewart.
