Kristen shocked, stunned, raised eyebrows and turned heads as she made her way down the red (actually black) carpet in her nude, strapless Zuhair Murad gown Monday night.
Onlookers were rendered momentarily speechless – then tongues began to wag.

What Made Kristen’s Gown So Scandalous
Kristen’s Zuhair Murad gown had a corset-like bodice made of sheer, nude-colored lace. The skirt of the floor-length gown had strategically placed sheer lace and chiffon diagonal panels that put everything on display, including Kristen’s flesh-toned underwear.
Not much was left to the imagination because practically everything was in plain sight.
It was the sheer fabric, and the placement of the lace panels, rather than the color that made Kristen’s gown so scandalous.
The article in New York Magazine made a point of mentioning Kristen’s “visible butt cheeks.”
The Stir referred to it as a “naked dress.”

Kristen Has Worn Zuhair Murad Designs Before
This was not first time Kristen has chosen designs by Lebanese designer Zuhair Murad for her red carpet looks.

But the nearly-nude Zuhair Murad gown Kristen wore Monday night was in a class of its own.
The strapless lace gown, which revealed Kristen’s underwear, looked more like lingerie – a night gown or dressing gown, seductive loungewear –something to be worn in the privacy of one’s home rather than out in public for all the world to see.
From behind, it was quite obvious that Kristen was wearing flesh toned underwear.
But from the front, there was a much darker shadow in the crotch area, that at a glance, gave the illusion that one might have been looking at dark pubic hair.
With Kristen’s thighs, crotch, butt cheeks – in other words, everything below her waist on display, the total effect was shocking, to say the least.
But Kristen didn’t seem to care.

The Finishing Touches on Kristen Stewart’s World Premiere Look
In keeping with her glamorous, seductive look, Kristen complemented her nearly nude gown with side-swept hair cascading over her shoulders, bright red lipstick, and sultry, smoky eyes.
Kristen completed her show-stopping look with an arrogant, haughty demeanor, and plenty of attitude.

There’s no doubt that Kristen Stewart and her attention-getting gown stole the spotlight at the Twilight world premiere Monday night.
