Bella obviously struggles between Jacob and Edward, but apparently Kristen Stewart does too. Kristen was talking to MTV during an interview about having said she was team Jacob in the past.
She was asked if New Moon made her feel that way, and if she believes that Bella made the wrong choice at the end of the day. She says that it’s not that Bella made the wrong choice, but that Jacob is great on paper. Meaning, that storyline-wise, he’s the one she’s most comfortable with and that she has this mild connection with, but there’s that certain something about Edward that makes her jump to his side.
The inability to live without Edward is what makes Bella, in Kristen’s eyes, the one.
