Kristen Stewart would love to leave her affair with Rupert Sanders behind her, but K-Stew haters aren’t the only ones who aren’t letting the actress forget about her momentary indiscretion. According to a Feb. 28 report by Hollywood Life, Rupert is desperately texting Kristen.
It’s understandable that Rupert Sanders wants to contact K-Stew. Now that he knows that his marriage to Liberty Ross can’t be salvaged, he’s probably hoping that Kristen will ditch Rob to start a new life with him. Maybe he even feels like Kristen owes him a shot at something more than a quick tryst since she played a part in ruining his marriage.
However, his textual harassment isn’t paying off -- Kristen Stewart is ignoring Rupert’s attempts to get in touch with her, and by refusing to talk to him, she's ensuring that he stays miserable by never getting any sense of closure. She reportedly regrets ever getting involved with the "Snow White and the Huntsman" director, and a source said this of the effect their affair has had on her relationship with Robert Pattinson: “Kristen doesn’t really know what’s going on with her and Robert at the moment, and she’s been left in limbo. Ideally, she would like things to go back to how they once were, but that’s proving a lot more difficult than she imagined. But when it comes to Rupert, that ship has sailed.”
A source told E! Online that Kristen is “counting down the minutes” until Rob gets home from shooting “The Rover” in Australia, and maybe Rupert will finally quit bugging her when her boyfriend gets back -- the “Snow White and the Huntsman” director has probably been using the tabloids to keep tabs on Rob, so he knows that K-Stew has been alone and vulnerable. Once Rob’s around again, Kristen will be able to relax knowing that Rupert will quit trying to take advantage of his absence.
The source said that Rob and Kristen are “totally fine,” so they’ve managed to move on from the affair. Hopefully Rupert will realize this without getting in contact with K-Stew so that he can try to move on, too.
