In a report on Ibn Live, Robert finally made up his mind following a difficult Christmas in the UK with Kristen and his family. His family has found it hard to forgive the hurt and humiliation Kristen has caused him. His friends are secretly relieved he has ended the relationship. In a report on The Sun, a source stated “She flew to LA and was supposed to be Rob’s date for the Golden Globes, but he told her he wants to cool it off. He loves her but would rather go back to being good friends so they can rebuild their trust and focus on work after twilight.” Robert was getting a lot of pressure from his friends and family to dump her. The source added: “He was getting so much pressure to ditch her. His friends told him to focus on his career and said she was wrecking his chances.” Robert loves her, but would prefer going back to being good friends so they can rebuild their trust and focus on work after twilight.
