Kim Kardashian’s momager Kris Jenner has reportedly threatened to sue the starlet if she quits their reality show, according to the “National Enquirer” on March 6.
Sources tell the paper that Jenner flew into a rage when the 32-year-old seemingly implied - in an interview with “DuJour” magazine last month - she was leaving reality TV after season nine of her wildly successful show “Keeping Up WithThe Kardashians.”
“After hearing that Kim dissed the family empire in a magazine interview, Kris flipped out and called a summit at her office,” says a close source.
“Kris pointed a finger in Kim’s face and told her that if she quit the show, she’d sue the living daylights out of her,” the source added.
The insider revealed, Jenner also threatened to pull E! execs in on the matter.
“Kris said she’d hit Kim up with a ‘management fine’ of $10 million and then prod E! into filing a lawsuit against her too.”
Continuing, “I’m not sure if Kris was just trying to scare Kim, but Kim was shaking and on the verge of tears, and for a minute it seemed as if Kris might actually haul off and slap her.”
Jenner manages the entire Kardashian-Jenner brood and makes 10 percent commission on all of their earnings.
Meanwhile, a pregnant Kim reportedly generates the lion's share of the family's fortune and the 57-year-old is livid about the prospect of her golden child jeopardizing the brand, says the source.
