Kris Jenner has built an empire out of the Kardashian name by manipulating the media and creating a brand unlike any other. However, the Chicago Sun-Times reported on Jan. 17 that Jenner has recently become angry at lies published about the family and has lashed out at the media.
According to the article, the rumors that finally sent Jenner online to blast "media lies" was the ones about her and Bruce Jenner getting divorced. Apparently, when friends began to believe the two were on the brink of divorce, that was the straw that broke the camel's back.
A source told the paper that Jenner believes that when the lies are passed off as truth, and your own friends start to question you, it is time to fight back.
Kris and Bruce Jenner have made the cover of tabloids and online press sites have shown photos of the two of them appearing to have difficulties. One tabloid even plastered a blurb on the cover that the divorce was getting messy, while another said that Bruce planned to destroy the Kardashian family.
Another rumor that Jenner has lashed out against was that Khloe Kardashian was not the biological daughter of Robert Kardashian. This started a long time ago and built steam when people began to compare Khloe with Kim and Kourtney, noticing the striking differences in builds.
While Kris Jenner didn't mention it, the latest rumors are that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West want to accept Kris Humphries' annulment demands so they can get married before their baby is born, but Kris won't allow it. The rumor is that she feels it would hurt the Kardashian brand, while Kanye just wants Kim to get out of the reality TV business altogether.
