Kris Humphries' lawyer has been working on his divorce for awhile now. On Feb. 14, TMZ reported that his lawyer is now quitting Kris! He says that the two just can't agree and he wants off the case. Kris has been working on his divorce from Kim Kardashian for awhile now.
Marshall Waller has quit the case. Now Kris does still have Lee Hutton on the case, but he is out of state and so he needs a new lawyer that is in state to handle the case. It is shocking that he quitting this far into the divorce proceedings.
Waller did comment recently that he doesn't understand why Kim got pregnant during the divorce and didn't wait until it was over. He thought Kim wanted to solve the divorce so fast because of this reason.
