Omg Yahoo has reported today, Jan. 18, 2013, Kris Humphries Suing Over Allegations He Gave Lover STD During Oral Sex. Kris Humphries is reportedly suing former lover Kaya Goldberg for defamation and libel after she accused him of giving her herpes during oral sex.
The initial incident which this scandal arose from stems from a one night stand in August 2010, which was just a few months before he started dating reality TV star Kim. Kaya sued Kris for sexual battery after claiming she contracted the incurable venereal disease, Herpes Simplex Virus from him. The court documents from the case stated: “Miss Goldberg was free of any venereal diseases at the time she commenced her intimate relationship with Kris Humphries…Goldberg developed symptoms of herpes about or around four to five days after the first sexual encounter with Humphries. During their interactions Humphries also performed oral sex on Goldberg….Defendant Humphries did not at any time inform Plaintiff that he was infected with the incurable venereal disease, Herpes Simplex Virus.”

Kris Humphries Planning On Suing Woman Who Accused Him Of Giving Her Herpes! RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting that Kris Humphries is planning on suing Kayla Goldberg for defamation and libel after she accused him of giving her herpes. On Thursday during a status hearing in a Los Angeles courtroom, Humphries’ lawyer told Judge Ronald Sohigian that his client is planning on filing a counterclaim against Goldberg, and denied having the herpes virus. Khris maintains Kaya just filed the lawsuit against him for financial gain.
