The Sun has caught up with member of Kris Humphries’ family and are reporting that they have gone on record to say that Kris and Kim Kardashian’s wedding was nothing more than a stunt. This is the first time his family has said anything about their marriage since the split. His aunt Deidra is quoted as saying:
“It was a sham. My understanding of marriage is people are going to give it more than 72 days unless there’s serious abuse.”
Kim and Kris were married in the summer of 2011 and the marriage only lasted 72 days before Kim filed for divorce. Since then, Kris has refused to sign any divorce papers. He is wanting the marriage to be annulled because he feels as though he is a victim of fraud. Kris’ uncle Mike adds:
“I can just see him wanting a pound of flesh back. I believe he wants payback.” And on Kim’s mom, Kris Jenner: “She’s the mastermind. You can just see that’s the brains making that thing go. The wicked part is she’s using her family to make that thing. All of it’s really due to her.”
Kardashian is currently in a relationship with rapper Kanye West. They are expecting their first child in the summer of 2013. It seems unless Kim agrees to the annulment, she still will be married to Humphries when she gives birth. She has petitioned the court for an emergency divorce, but so far no ruling has been made.
