Kim Kardashian's estranged husband, Brooklyn Nets star Kris Humphries, may be forced to skip some NBA playoff games in order to attend their divorce trial. The pro basketball player and Kardashian will head to trial on May 6, just two weeks after the NBA playoffs begin. According to a Feb. 17 report by SportsGrid there's a "high probability" the Nets will still be playing by then, forcing Humphries to miss some games with this team.

As Examiner.com previously reported Kim K's ex and his legal team requested the trial be delayed until after the NBA season, but the judge denied the request. That was a huge win for Kim, who wants to be officially divorced from Humphries before she and boyfriend Kanye West welcome a baby in July.
Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries were married for 72 days. Kim filed for divorce in October 2011 and the couple has been battling out the divorce proceedings since then. Humphries reportedly wants the marriage annulled based on fraud and has turned down several settlement offers.
A day before the judge set the divorce trial date for May, Humphries' divorce attorney filed paperwork to sever the client-attorney relationship. Sources say the NBA player's counsel felt he was abusing the legal system by seeking an annulment on the grounds of fraud.
