Two-time Grammy Award-winner Krayzie Bone of legendary group Bone Thugs-N-Harmony prepares to release another mixtape fittingly titled The Fixtape, Vol. 3: Lyrical Paraphernalia via RBC Records on July 27, 2010.

The tracklist for The Fixtape, Vol. 3 is as follows:

One Life
4.
My Street Blues
5.
Ain’t Gon Save Em
6.
Hard To Let’em Go
7. What Have I Done (Troubled)
8.
Conversation By Myself
9.
Let It All Go
10.
Watcha Gon Do For Me
11.
What Have We Done (Feat. Michael Jackson)
In May, the original release date, iTunes mistakenly released The Fixtape, Vol. 3 for download and promptly discontinued the download. Still, it resulted with the leak of the album.
Like The Fixtape, Vol. 1: Smoke To This (April 1, 2008) and The Fixtape, Vol. 2: Just One Mo’ Hit (March 24, 2010), majority of this mixtape will feature previously-released beats by other artists.
In The Fixtape, Vol. 3, Krayzie uses the instrumental to Fantasia’s 2006 hit song “When I See U” for “Ain’t Gon Save Em” and the instrumental to Nas’ 2001 chart-topper “One Mic” for “One Life.” These are a couple of notable beats that listeners will quickly recognize, but the album has other interesting beats that will have some listeners guessing the origin of the instrumental and the artist it came from.
This 11-track CD is rather short and includes about three unreleased tracks (“My Street Blues,” “Let It All Go,” and “What Have We Done”) from Bone Thugs-N-Harmony’s UNI-5: The World’s Enemy album, released May 4, 2010 through Warner Bros. Records. Despite the brevity of the album and the fact that it’s the shortest fixtape of the series, it has some pleasing qualities to it. Those pleasing qualities, however, do not surpass The Fixtape, Vol. 1 and 2, for those mixtapes are much stronger.
After this release, Krayzie Bone plans to release his fourth studio album called Chasing the Devil.  A release date has not been set, but Krayzie says fans can expect it to come out late 2010.
