Kragma Warcaller is one of the newest "Theros" spoilers revealed today Sept. 6, 2013 from Wizards of the Coast's upcoming expert "Magic: The Gathering" expansion set in an update to the image gallery of www.DailyMtg.com. This uncommon creature can have a huge impact in a Minotaur deck.
Kragma Warcaller - 3BR
Creature - Minotaur Warrior (uncommon)
Minotaur creatures you control have haste.
Whenever a Minotaur you control attacks, it gets +2/+0 until end of turn.
A warcaller merly brings the herd together. After that, the meat-hunger is all the encouragement they need.
Kragma Warcaller by itself is 4/3 creature with haste when it attacks for five. Nothing crazy to write home about, but worth running by itself in limited.
It's when Kragma Warcaller is surrounded by other Minotaur creatures thought that it shines, in particular Rageblood Shaman. With Ragebood Shaman already out, Kragma Warcaller is a 5/4 trampler with haste. With both creatures under your control on the battlefield you'll be able topdeck and play Mutavault, activate it and attack right away with a 5/3 trampler.
Kragma Warcaller's effectiveness will largely depend on just how many different Minotaur creatures are printed. If there's a lot of common Minotaurs, it'll be amazing in limited. If there's several efficiently costed cards then Kragma Warcaller could also make an impact in constructed.
How will you use Kragma Warcaller?
