Tonight is the season finale of "Kourtney & Kim Take Miami." Kim has a big announcement to make and she will let Kourtney in on a secret that she has been keeping. On April 7, Enstarz spoiled that Kim will tell Kourtney she is pregnant on the finale of the show.
In this preview, Kim will have some stomach pains to deal with and it scares her. She hasn't told anyone that she is pregnant, but her boyfriend Kayne West. She has to call her sister in the middle of the night and get her to come and help her out by taking her to the emergency room.
Kim tells Kourtney that she is pregnant and hasn't told anyone. She is scared to tell Khloe and it is obvious this is because of her fertility problems. You can check out the preview for tonight's show in this video.
