Kourtney Kardashian may be a mother to two children and running her Kardashian stores in Vegas, Miami, New York and California, but it sounds like she needs to put money into her account so she can provide for her two children. And it sounds like there is a great pressure on her as a Kardashian to perform. According to a new InTouch Weekly report published on Sept. 3, Kardashian is now charging money for people to show up, buy things at her store and meet her.
Apparently, her plan to make a buck while meeting her didn't sit well with people who actually showed up at the store. Many people showed up in Vegas at the Kardashian Khaos at the Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas on Saturday, but the fans were surprised to learn they had to pay an additional $150 to meet the star. Apparently, they had been told that they just had to buy something from the store to get her signature.
"Don't they have enough money?" one fan supposedly complained. "Why would I pay $450 for my twin 8-year olds and myself meet her and get a picture? I called yesterday and asked and they said I didn't HAVE to buy that package buy now I drove down here, paid for gas and told my babies they could see her and it's changed. I'm not a fan anymore." And it does seem odd that the event planners wouldn't inform people of the additional charge.
And it sounds like Kardashian may have known about the plan to charge fans for the autograph and brief meeting, because she didn't speak out about the disappointed fans on Twitter. Instead, she seemed to be having the time of her life in Vegas.
