Kourtney Kardashian spotlighted her burgeoning baby bump at a party hosted by Women's Health magazine in Bridgehampton, New York Aug. 9.

Kardashian, who's pregnant with her third child, looked radiant in a body-hugging lace jumpsuit that accentuated her curves. Kourtney was accompanied to the event by longtime love, Scott Disick, who recently gave up drinking after being hospitalized for alcohol poisoning.

"He stopped drinking cold turkey and promised he won't drink again until after Kourtney gives birth," a source told Us. "Scott knew he had hit rock bottom."

Did Prenatal Yoga For Stress Relief

Kourtney is enjoying a healthy and happy third pregnancy, thanks to her longtime organic diet and an active lifestyle that includes walking and yoga. Kardashian did yoga during her second pregnancy and shortly afterward to reduce stress and calm her mind.

"I strongly recommend doing some prenatal yoga at the end of pregnancy when preparing to bring new life into your home," Kardashian wrote on her blog. "It helped me focus on eating right and getting my head in the right space. I also started doing some yoga after giving birth as well to help heal my body."

Kourtney lost 44 pounds after each of her pregnancies (in 2009 and 2012) by following a portion-controlled organic diet and running, walking and doing 90-minute dance-focused workouts.

Kardashian, a longtime fitness fanatic who makes her own organic baby food, said not overeating is her biggest weight loss secret. It's a philosophy she follows during pregnancy. "I don’t count calories," she said. "I just try not to overeat and I keep portions down."

Kourtney told Us her breakfast every morning is a protein shake with a banana, an apple, nonfat yogurt, milk, almonds, cinnamon and ice. For lunch she has fish or a salad with avocado and for dinner, she prefers pureed vegetable soup that contains butternut squash, tomato and zucchini.

Kim's Weight Loss Fueled By Ketogenic-Style Atkins Diet

Kourtney's sister, Kim, is fitter than ever after losing 56 pounds on a low-carb, ketogenic-style Atkins diet that limited her daily carb intake to less than 60 grams. The 5-foot-3 Kim revealed on a recent episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" that she now weighs 125 pounds — five pounds less than her pre-baby weight.

The ketogenic diet accelerates weight loss by forcing your body to burn fat for fuel, according to the book, Keto Clarity. Kim said losing the baby weight was the hardest thing she had ever done, but also one of the most rewarding.

Other celebrities who have lost dramatic amounts of weight on low carb diets include Megan Fox, who lost all her baby weight on a low-carb Paleo-style diet. Similarly, pop princess Britney Spears credited a low carb diet and yoga for her dramatic recent weight loss.
