Kourtney Kardashian has lost 44 pounds just six months after giving birth to daughter Penelope by eating small portions and doing 90-minute dance-focused workouts.
"It was harder to lose weight the second time around," Kourtney told Us. "I gained 45 pounds with Penelope." Kardashian is also mom to son Mason, 3, with boyfriend Scott Disick, 29.
The 5-foot Kourtney slimmed down from 150 pounds to a svelte 106 with good old-fashioned diet and exercise. This isn't the first Kourtney has regained her sexy pre-baby bikini body in record time.
In 2010, Kardashian slimmed down to 95 pounds just months after giving birth by running and following an organic diet.
Kourtney's sister Kim, who's pregnant with her first child, says Kourtney, 33, made pregnancy (and post-baby weight loss) look easy, and admits it's harder than she imagined it would be.
"My sister has made it look easy, but it's not as easy as people think," said Kim, 32. "It is a lot, a little, painful. When people say that pregnancy is fun and they love it, I would have to disagree."
Fortunately for Kim, she has an older sister to advise her, both during her pregnancy and afterward.
